Sqrip is a payment solution designed to simplify transactions for online shops and other businesses. It allows customers to make payments by scanning a QR code, which can be generated for invoices, orders, or other payment requests. Here's how it typically works:
QR code generation:
The online shop generates a QR code for a specific payment amount and includes it in the invoice or checkout page
Customer payment:
The customer scans the QR code using their mobile banking app or a dedicated payment app
Instant payment:
The payment is processed instantly, and the shop receives confirmation of the transaction
Key features of sqrip:
Convenience: Customers can pay quickly by scanning a QR code without manually entering payment details
Security: QR codes reduce the risk of errors in entering payment information and enhance security
Integration: Sqrip can be integrated into various e-commerce platforms and payment systems
Real-Time Confirmation: Merchants receive real-time payment confirmations, improving cash flow and order processing
New features of sqrip:
Convenience: Customers can pay quickly by scanning a QR code without manually entering payment details
Security: QR codes reduce the risk of errors in entering payment information and enhance security
Integration: Sqrip can be integrated into various e-commerce platforms and payment systems
Real-Time Confirmation: Merchants receive real-time payment confirmations, improving cash flow and order processing
Benefits for online shops:
Faster Checkout: Simplifies the payment process, reducing cart abandonment
Lower Transaction Fees: Often cheaper than traditional card payments
Global Reach: Supports multiple currencies and payment methods, making it suitable for international customers
Sqrip is popular in regions where QR code payments are widely adopted, such as parts of Europe and Asia. It’s a modern, efficient alternative to traditional payment methods like credit cards or bank transfers.
Admin side
Dashboard
The dashboard was designed to help make informed decisions based on up-to-date data and to simplify the process of analyzing large volumes of information. It is used for monitoring, analyzing, and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and other important data in a convenient and visual format.
Data Visualization: Information is presented in a graphical format, making it easier to understand
Interactivity: The ability to filter data, adjust parameters, and drill down into details
Centralization: All key metrics and data are consolidated in one place
Relevance: Data is updated in real-time or at set intervals
Here, the admin can track in real-time everything happening on the platform: the number of QR-invoices generated, who generated them, where, when, and how many, as well as how many and which types of tariffs were purchased. It’s possible to quickly view all customer data and, if needed, send them an email, for example, with a discount offer.
Statistics are collected for all types of data and displayed in the form of convenient graphs. To refine the data, you can select a specific time period or focus on just one part of the functions.

I don’t want to show other admin part just yet, but if you’re interested, I can share a bit more about it during our meeting

Customer side
Dashboard
The customer-side dashboard primarily allows tracking of one's credits, how much has been purchased, where, when, and where the funds were spent. Each individual client within the company has their own API key, so they can be tracked separately, and it is always possible to see from which IP address a transaction was made. If necessary, a payment can be canceled

Serial QR-invoices:
“You can upload an xls file to generate multiple qr-invoices at once...
Sender definition and Options: either load one pre-defined setting or create a new one and save it as template); adjust options / sender...
XLS upload: Download the XLS template, upload the complete XLS; Show the extracted content in a table, modify any cell if needed) -> create PDF (is downloaded or shown in the browser) or individual PDFs are sent via e-mail to receiver...
Summary: mostly statistics, e-mail content -> Send/Cancel
Confirmation page”

Settings
Fairly standard settings, including data retention period settings on the server. Additionally, there is an option to allow other participants to place their ads on your QR-invoices to reduce the cost of these invoices for yourself

Buy credits
The credit purchase page. Credits are sold only in pre-set packages, with the ability to choose a payment method and immediately see the difference in the final cost for the client

Ads
This is the advertising campaign setup page. You can place your ads on printed A4 sheets with QR invoices or PDF files. You can choose to display your ads only on your own invoices or on other users' invoices, in which case you cover the cost of sending their invoices. Once you set up a campaign and select the coverage region, promotion duration, and available credits, you can always reactivate it after it ends

Activate features
This is the page for purchasing internal features, with descriptions of their capabilities, the cost of initial setup, and the price for each subsequent use

Resources
This is primarily a help page for new users. In addition to support service contacts, it includes links to tutorial articles on using various platforms to operate the plugin itself

Payment comparison
Due to the specifics of banking payments in Switzerland, this page was created. The logic here is quite complex, but to put it simply, this is a page for tracking all your incoming payments. It includes features for comparison, import and export

Results
Today, sqrip is one of the most convenient and fastest payment methods in Switzerland. I have designed the plugin management for both sides to be as simple, clear, and user-friendly as possible
